Modified Panel Cedar Fence Replacement and Gates in Snohomish, WA

This modified panel cedar privacy fence project in Snohomish, WA (98296) was completed to replace an aging wood fence that had begun failing in multiple areas. The existing fence no longer provided reliable privacy, was falling out of compliance with HOA standards, and lacked the structural integrity needed for a secure yard boundary. We began by removing and hauling away the old fence, then confirmed the layout, post spacing, and gate locations to ensure a consistent installation. New pressure-treated posts were set in concrete footings for strength and long-term durability. The new 6-foot cedar modified panel fence was built using Grade 1 cedar boards, pressure-treated rails, and clean 1x4 trim details for a polished finish. To support everyday use, we installed one standard single swing cedar gate and one dual swing gate with black steel hinges and latch hardware. The finished fence delivers strong privacy, a uniform appearance, HOA compliance, and a solid, dependable boundary built to last.
